Ingredients

  • 1½ lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tbsp Bacon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, shaved

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. 2Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread cut-side down on a baking sheet.
  3. 3Roast 25 minutes until deeply browned and crisp on the cut side.
  4. 4Transfer to a serving dish and top with Parmesan.
Tip: Cut side down on the pan is the key to real caramelization — don't skip that step.
