- 1½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Jalapeño Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- 1Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- 2Let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- 3Thread shrimp onto skewers (soak wooden skewers 20 minutes first). Heat grill to medium-high.
- 4Grill 3–4 minutes, turning once, until opaque and lightly charred.
- 5Remove from skewers if desired and garnish with cilantro.
Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes first so they don't burn on the grill.
